BEFORE YOUR STAY:
If you have the slightest doubt about your state of health or if you have a last minute problem:
Rest assured, you can cancel your flexible rate reservation free of charge until noon the day before your arrival.
-If you have booked a non-cancellable and non-refundable rate on our website:
We will be able to offer you a free postponement within six months of the date of your planned stay, and this until the day before your planned arrival.
-If you have booked your stay via another platform
(Expedia, Booking or any other online agency):
We invite you to contact directly the platform you used to make your reservation to inform you of their cancellation or modification policies.
DURING YOUR STAY :
We had implemented hygiene measures from the start of the crisis and we have put in place new working methods for the reopening. Among others:
- Dry steam cleaning of our rooms,
- Increase in the frequency of disinfection of public places,
- Central switch to turn off all the lights in your room in a single gesture,
- Contactless opening of the front door,
- Addition of a hygiaphone wall in reception,
- Payment by credit card is preferred (in advance for the room and contactless for the tourist tax),
- Sending invoice by email, etc ...
Our rooms are fully cleaned 24 hours after each departure and depending on availability remain unoccupied at least 24 hours before your arrival.
In order to limit interventions in your room, the reception has clean linen at your disposal and you will find hydroalcoholic gel in your room
For health reasons certain services (breakfast for example) had to be modified (no more buffet).
